Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

We have considered the materials on record including statements of witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the murder and as his prayer for bail was rejected in March, 2022 and there is no change in circumstance since the said rejection of bail by this Court, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
