Having considered the grievance of the petitioner in respect of the order dated 13.03.2023, I am of the view that the direction so passed for depositing the amount is justified and adhering the provisions of law, the other directions are also in consonance with the spirit of the legislation.

Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the appeal.

The present appeal is of the year 2023. The same was filed on 07.02.2023, I direct that the learned appellate court would dispose of the appeal by 31st August, 2023. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1561 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
