The petitioner is aggrieved that having retired in March 2023 and after approaching this Hon'ble Court on earlier occasions, the petitioner's pensionary and retiral benefits have not yet been released.

Mr. Jahan, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent, submits that certain signatures are required of the petitioner, about which he has been intimated, but without any response.

I direct the petitioner as well as the respondent no. 5 (Headmaster of the School) to visit the office of the respondent no. 4 (D.I. of Schools (SE), Murshidabad) who is the present disbursing authority, on 07.04.2026, at 12:00 noon.

The respondent no. 5 shall ensure that all requisite documents and other necessary signatures are provided by the parties concerned to enable the pensionary and retiral benefits of the petitioner to be released in his favour.

This exercise of releasing the pensionary and other benefits will be done by 30.04.2026.

With the afore-stated direction, WPA/10313/2025 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
