Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that there are money trial between the petitioner and the person arrested in connection with the present police case.

Moreover, proclamation was issued and served upon the petitioner.

In view of the nexus between the petitioner and the seized commercial quantity of narcotics and/or the accused in custody, we are of the view that the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1824 of 2023 is dismissed.
