In the first paragraph of this petition for bail, the petitioners have stated that they never prayed for bail earlier before this Court. This is patently a falsehood as has been demonstrated by learned State advocate by referring to order dated February 23, 2020 passed in CRM 11028 of 2020 and order dated January 18, 2021 passed in CRM 154 of 2021 whereby the prayer for bail made by these petitioners separately was rejected by coordinate Benches of this Court. The petitioners have indulged in sharp practice by trying to hoodwink the court. In view of their dishonest conduct, we are not inclined even to consider this bail application. The application for bail being CRM 4424 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
