Accordingly, this matter was directed to be listed under the heading 'For Dismissal'. Today, the matter has been so listed. Even today, nobody appears for the petitioner. Obviously, the petitioner is not interested to proceed with this application for bail.

Accordingly, the application for bail being C.R.M. 4434 of 2021 is dismissed for default.
