Petitioner Mr. Kaushik Chaudhury Ms. Busra Khatoon ... ... for the petitioner Mr. Ranadeb Sengupta ... ... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner as the owner of the motorcycle which was used to transport 10 bottles of phensedyl syrup containing codeine phosphate above commercial quantity, we are of the opinion in view of the aforesaid fact and bearing in mind the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
