Petitioner was enlarged on bail by the learned Sessions Judge.
It is contended that opposite party/accused is threatening the petitioner. Similar relief has been sought before the Court granting bail.
Under such circumstances, we dispose of the application requesting the learned Sessions Judge to consider the application for cancellation at the earliest preferably within 30 days from the date of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
