C.R.M (NDPS) 546 of 2025 Samir Mandal -vs- The State of West Bengal Mr. Md. Wasim Akram ... for the petitioner. Mrs. Subhasree Patel Mr. Atunu Ghosh ... for the State. Due to inadvertent mistake, in the last line of the 2nd page of the order dated 2nd July, 2025 the word "Chief Judicial Magistrate, South 24 Parganas" shall be deleted and in its place "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda", shall be inserted. Thereafter, in the 11th line of the third page of the said order the word "geographical limit of South 24 Parganas" shall be deleted and in its place "geographical limit of district Malda" shall be inserted and in the next line "Investigating Officer/Officer-in-Charge, Sealdah GRPS"

shall be deleted and in its place the word "Officer-in-Charge, Kaliachak Police Station" shall be inserted. Thereafter, in page 3 of the said order, the number of the case "CRM (NDPS) 540 of 2025" shall be deleted and in its place "CRM (NDPS) 546 of 2025" shall be inserted.

Let the said corrections be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 2nd July, 2025 and other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.
