Patra Ms. Supriya Dubey .....For the SSC Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that full court fees have been paid under Entry No. A6873 dated 13th July, 2021. He further submits that this matter is similar to a matter already decided by this court being WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) By the said order this court granted liberty to the candidates to approach the School Service Commission ventilating their grievances through representations. Such liberty is there. Whether the petitioners will exercise it or not is their discretion. I do not find anything to be adjudicated further in this matter. Hence the writ petition being WPA 10967 of 2021 is dismissed.
