The report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Howrah P.S., H.P.C. dated 07.12.2023 through the learned advocate for the State and he submits that the petitioner, namely, Rama Devi Verma who have expired on 24.05.2017 supported by a copy of the death certificate, let the said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infractuous and accordingly dismissed.
