We have considered the materials on record.

Allegations involve forgery and cheating of a large number of persons. Trial is at its fag end. Cross-examination of investigating officer is in progress. In view of nature of the crime and as trial is at its fag end, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

3. Application for bail is, thus, rejected. 4.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest preferably within three months from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. (Gaurang Kanth, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.) Signed By :
