He submits that he has come to know of the whereabouts of his daughter and that certain persons have abducted her.

Mr. Samrat Sen, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the State submits that the alleged victim girl, 21 years of age, has herself appeared before the Officer-in-charge, Barasat Police Station and has stated that she voluntarily left her parental house to marry a person of her choice and that they are living happily.

In view of the above, no order can be passed in this writ application.

The writ petition is dismissed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
