Hence, application for anticipatory bail so far as petitioner No.2 is rendered infructuous.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show there was monetary transaction between the petitioner and co-accuseds from whom narcotic substance was recovered. CDRs as well as other electronic data show petitioner and co-accuseds were in close proximity with one another had repeated conversations on or about the time of occurrence. In view of the aforesaid facts and as investigation is progress, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioner No.2 is necessary this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to said petitioner. The application being CRM (A) No. 2483 of 2022 is rejected as far as petitioner No.1 is concerned.
