None appears for the petitioner. However, learned advocate for the State is present.

Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Records reflect that the petitioner approached this Court as there was inaction in respect of the complaint dated 30.03.2024. Mr. Yusuf, learned AGP appearing for the State has submitted a report which reflects that Parnasree Police Station Case No. 224 dated 14.04.2024 was registered for investigation. Report also reflects that there was a transaction which had taken place between the petitioner and the private respondents. At the behest of the private respondent no.7, another case was registered for investigation being Parnasree Police Station Case No. 243 dated 24.04.2024. On conclusion of investigation, charge-sheets have been submitted in both the aforesaid criminal cases.

Since the primary grievance of the petitioner relating to police authorities not acting and the records reflecting that on the basis of the written

complaint of the petitioner, case has already been registered against the private respondents, I am of the view that further interference in respect of the prayers advanced before this Court are unwarranted.

As the jurisdictional criminal court is already in seisin of the aforesaid criminal cases, petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate steps before the jurisdictional court in seisin of the said criminal cases.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 11128 of 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
