1. The order dated 02.09.2024 is mentioned for corrections.

2. In the 4th line of paragraph 4 on the first page of the said order, the expression "Defendant nos. 1 and 12 have" shall stand corrected and be read as "Defendant no. 12 has".

3. In the 5th line of paragraph 4 on the first page of the said order, the expression "defendant nos. 1 to 12" shall stand corrected and be read as "defendant nos. 1 to 11".

4. Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 02.09.2024.

5. The other parts of the order dated 02.09.2024 shall remain unaltered.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
