The petitioner has alleged that the respondent no. 4 is not allowing the petitioner to construct his dwelling house in terms of the sanctioned plan issued by the Narayanpur Gram Panchayat. The petitioner has made allegations that the panchayat authorities have not cooperated with the petitioner. Complaints have also been lodged before the appropriate police station so that the police authorities may take steps against the respondent no. 4.

None appears on behalf of either the panchayat authorities or the respondent no. 4.

The court is not in agreement with the contention of the petitioner that the panchayat authority should ensure that the respondent no. 4 should not resist the petitioner. If there is any such resistance or any nuisance is committed by

the respondent no. 4, the petitioner should approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance. Writ petition is disposed of without any order on the panchayat authorities but granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Officer-in-Charge, Bhangore Police Station. If any complaint is filed by the petitioner, then the same will be decided in accordance with law.
