At the outset, in his usual fairness, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he has advised his client to withdraw this writ petition and to file a properly framed Civil Suit before the jurisdictional Civil Court on the self-same cause of action. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with the necessary leave.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 10230 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with leave to file a properly framed Civil Suit before the jurisdictional Civil Court on the self-same cause of action. Such Civil Suit, if any, shall have to be filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from date.
