Mr. Bose, appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that no actual demolition will be caused by his clients.

Pursuant to an earlier order of this Court, Mr. Banerjee appearing on behalf of the Asansol Durgapur Development Authority submits that he has been served with a copy of the writ petition and has been made a party, but he has no role play in the impugned

actions complained of by the petitioners at this stage of the proceedings.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the respondents, the threat of demolition of the subject premises apprehended by the petitioners appears to be premature for the time being.

Hence, W. P. A 10961 of 2021 is disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to take steps in accordance with law, if, the need so arises at the appropriate stage if necessary.
