Dutta ...for the o.p.no.1 The petitioner appearing in person submits that she would not be represented by the learned advocates she had engaged earlier. She submits that a settlement has been arrived at between her and the adverse party in this case being her daughter Benazir Kazi. As such, the petitioner would not like to press this application. She files written instruction addressed to her learned advocate in this regard. The same is taken on record. On the prayer of the petitioner appearing in person, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.
