Though this application has been styled and captioned as a review application, in substance this is an application for corrections and modifications of the order dated February 24, 2023.

Mr. Mukhopadhyay, learned advocate appearing for the University fairly concedes that the order dated February 24, 2023 may be modified as prayed for in this application.

Accordingly, following modifications are made in the order dated February 24, 2023:

In the last sentence of the first paragraph, the words "petitioner nos. 2 and 3" should be replaced with the words "petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3".

In the second line of the third paragraph, the words "page 68" is replaced with the words "pages 68 and 73".

In the penultimate paragraph of the order, in line six, between the words '2019' and 'within' the phrase "and the Executive Committee resolution dated 14.6.2010 and 11.10.2010", is inserted.

Accordingly RVW 76 of 2023 along with CAN 1 & 2 of 2023 are disposed of with the aforesaid modifications.

Urgent certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
