State has submitted a report which reflects that there are cases and counter cases. Learned advocate submits that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, Nazat PS Case No. 82 of 2025 was registered for investigation and on the basis of the information furnished by the respondent no.6, Nazat PS Case No. 83

of 2025 was registered for investigation.

The police authorities have already submitted charge-sheet on conclusion of the investigation in both the cases.

Learned advocate also submits that there is a long standing dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents.

Having considered the nature of the accusations addressed by the petitioner, I am of the view that the police authorities will continue their surveillance as also ensure that none of the parties would create circumstances which would blow out of the proportion resulting in any untoward incident.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10337 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
