We are convinced appellants have lost interest. SA 496 of 2009 along with connected applications being CAN 1 of 2009 (Old CAN 3808 of 2009) (not found) and CAN 2 of 2009 (Old CAN 7383 of 2009) (not found), if any pending, are dismissed.
