It is further submitted that after the notice dated 1st September, 2015, further recruitment process was undertaken on 3rd December, 2017 for the said post.

In view of the above and given the fact that the petitioner is challenging the recruitment process of the year 2015, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly, disposed of.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, CAN 1 of 2019 (Old CAN 8734 of 2019) is also disposed of.

The RTI reply dated 3rd March, 2021 produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner be kept with the record. There shall be no order as to costs.
