It is fairly submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the tender was for a limited period of one year only. Mr.

Mrinal Kanti Biswas, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits that the tender was for a period of one year and the period has expired and there has been no extension of time.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of parties, W.P.A.9156 of 2019 is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

I make it clear that I have not gone into the points raised in the instant petition and the instant petition has been dismissed primarily on the ground of the relevant tender having been fully worked out.
