Representations made to the authorities did not evoke any response.

State and private respondent are represented. Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent disputes such contentions of the petitioners.

In the facts of the present case, in my view, interest of justice would be subserved by requiring the respondent no. 4 to consider and dispose of the representations made by the petitioners in accordance with law. Respondent no. 4 will afford a

reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and the private respondent. Respondent no. 4 is at liberty to hear such other parties and consider such documents as he deems appropriate. He will pass a reasoned order and communicate it with the parties he heard forthwith thereafter. It is expected that the entire exercise is completed within a period of six weeks from date.

WPA 10969 of 2021 is disposed of.
