In spite of service none appears for the respondents. By this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer for direction upon the CIT (Appeals) concerned to consider and dispose of the pending appeal which has been filed on 28th March, 2019 as appears from page 58 of the writ petition. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case this writ petition being WPA 10281 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent CIT (Appeals) concerned to consider and dispose of the pending appeal in question filed by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order.
