Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated on the basis of a statement of the co-accused.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail, C.R.M. 4421 of 2021, is rejected.
