In the second line of the first paragraph of page 11 of the said order, in between the words "Gujarat High Court" and "in the following words" the following should be inserted "in the case reported at 1996 Lab IC 389 (Para 46) (Ajit D. Padival, Advocate v. State of Gujarat)".

In continuation with the second line of the last paragraph of page 14 of the said order, the following words should be added "in the order dated April 6, 2022, passed in WPA 7883 of 2020 (Ashis Mukherjee v. The State of West Bengal & Ors.)".

Let this order be treated as a part of the

original order dated May 23, 2025, and a corrected copy of the judgment be uploaded afresh.
