Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the SubDivisional Officer, Diamond Harbour has passed an order dated 12th June, 2025. He seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh for challenging such order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer. In view of such submission, the writ petition being WPA 10261 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
