State of West Bengal & Ors.) By that order this court has granted liberty to the candidates to ventilate their grievances by filing their representations individually to the School Service Commission. This court also has given certain directions to the School Service Commission. Whether such liberty would be used by the petitioner or not is the discretion of the petitioner.

I do not find anything further to be adjudicated in this matter.

Hence, the writ petition being WPA 10976 of 2021 is dismissed.
