Patra Ms. Supriya Dubey .....For the SSC Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that full court fees have been paid under Entry No. A6824 dated 12th July, 2021. He further submits that this matter is similar to a matter already decided by this court being WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) By the order passed in that matter this court has granted liberty to the candidates to approach the School Service Commission by filing representation individually (not jointly) with their grievances and certain directions have also been given to the School Service Commission in this regard. Whether the candidates would avail the liberty or not is their discretion.

However, I do not find anything to be adjudicated further in this matter. Hence, the writ petition being WPA 10979 of 2021 is dismissed. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
