It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioners that this is a matter similar to another matter wherein order has been passed by this court on 9th July, 2021 in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh -Vs.- State of West Bengal & Ors.). The petitioners submit that this matter is guided by the said order passed on 9th July, 2021 by this court and they do not want to move this application. Considering such submission, their application is disposed of.
