The petitioners further submit that their grievances as has been raised in this writ application may be redressed if they take steps in accordance with one judgement delivered by this court in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.) on 9th July, 2021.

The petitioners also have the liberty to take steps in terms of the said order dated 9th July, 2021. After considering the submissions of the petitioners, I do not find anything is required to be adjudicated in this matter.

Hence, this writ application is disposed of.

The petitioners always have the liberty to act in terms of the said order dated 9th July, 2021 as mentioned above.
