In page 22 of the order dated 26.06.2023 there was a submission on behalf of the Enforcement Directorate that the next date is fixed on 19th August, 2023. The same date was inadvertently submitted before this Court and the next date has been fixed on 3rd August, 2023. Similar recording has been made in the second last paragraph of page 23 of the order dated 26.06.2023 in stead of 19th August, 2023, the same be treated as 3rd August, 2023. This order may be treated as part and parcel of the original order dated 26.06.2023.

Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
