This is an application, inter alia, praying for recall of the order dated 21st May 2024 dismissing the writ petition being WPA 11160 of 2024 for default. 2.

Having heard the learned advocate for the parties and having considered the materials on record, I am of the view that the petitioner has been able to sufficiently explain the reasons for his non appearance on 21st May 2024 when the writ petition being WPA 11160 of 2024 was dismissed for default. 3.

In view thereof, the order dated 21st May 2024 is recalled and the writ petition being WPA 11160 of 2024 is restored to its original file and number.

4. CAN 1 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.
