...... petitioners Mr. A K Bhowmick ...... for the petitioners Mr. Binay Panda Ms. Puspita Saha ...... for the State It is submitted that petitioner nos. 4 and 6 were arrested and have been granted bail. Hence, prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner nos. 4 and 6 is dismissed as infructuous. We have considered the materials on record including the injury report. Keeping in mind the nature of injury and the general and omnibus nature of allegations and as investigation is complete, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner nos. 1 to 3, 5 and 7 to10.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner nos. 1 to 3, 5 and 7 to10 shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Petitioner nos. 1 to 3, 5 and 7 to10 shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. The application being CRM 4502 of 2021 is disposed of. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
