There is no pleading as to in which subject which petitioner has applied. Therefore, petitioners of different districts of different subjects have filed this application. This application suffers from multifariousness, adjudication whereof is not possible. Hence, I, while exercising discretionary writ jurisdiction, decline to adjudicate this matter and I dismiss this writ petition without, however, any order as to costs.
