We have considered the materials on record. Statements of the witnesses show the presence of the petitioner and his participation in the crime resulting in his death. Petitioner has been charged with the offence of common intention to commit the murder. Minor variation in the statements of the eyewitnesses with regard to the specific roles of the parties do not impact the nature of the accusation. Keeping in mind the gravity of the offence and materials collected against the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to him. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
