The records of the case reflect that against some of the accused persons warrant of arrest is pending. The ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Calcutta is directed to exhaust harsher process of law for compelling appearance of all the accused persons.

All efforts be taken to conclude the stages involved in exhausting process for compelling the appearances of all the accused persons by 30th of September, 2024. The ld. Magistrate would thereafter split up the trial and start the process of evidence before charge on and from September, 2024 for the purpose of the present case.

The ld. Magistrate would fix one date in every three months so that evidence before charge is completed at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1653 of 2024 is disposed of.
