No one appears for the respondent authorities.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing Mr. Rath, learned advocate appears on behalf of the writ petitioner and submits that the writ petition was filed in the year 2015 in view of the fact that branches of tamarind tree which was existing within the premises of respondent no.4 fell on the land of the petitioner which caused inconvenience to the writ petitioner. Today prayer is made on behalf of the petitioner for giving necessary direction upon the concerned panchayat authorities for removal of branches of tamarind tree.

Since it is an incident of 2015 which led the petitioner to approach this Hon'ble Court by filing this writ petition at the present moment what is state of the said tamarind tree and the branches thereof is not known to this Court. However, if still

the problem persists liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach appropriate authorities for resolving the issue in accordance with law.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
