It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 31.07.2023.

At the heading of the order sheet, the names of the learned counsels for the State were not recorded. On that date Mr. Jayanta Samanta and Mr. Manas Sadhu represented the State.

The order dated 31.07.2023 shall be deemed to have been corrected to the above effect and shall always be read conjointly with this order.
