Earlier, a representation was also made to the Inspector-in-charge of Suri Police Station.

The petitioner's residence is situated within the jurisdiction of Suri Police Station. The petitioner is a senior citizen and claims to have been thrown out from his residence at the behest of the private respondents being his son and daughter-in-law.

Having regard to the fact that the

there is a family feud existing and the petitioner is a senior citizen, I direct that in case the petitioner approaches the Inspector-in-charge of Suri Police Station and the Inspector-in-charge of the Suri Police Station, on an enquiry if he finds that the petitioner was also staying at the same residence but has been thrown out because of the family feud, he would make necessary arrangements proportionately in the residence so that the petitioner is able to reside.

However, it is clarified that the private respondents should not be harassed and/or anyway thrown out from the residence and/or their possession should not be disturbed.

All efforts be taken proportionately so that the petitioner may be allowed to stay in the residence which belongs to him.

With the aforesaid observations,

WPA 10309 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
