1. The affidavit of service as filed today on behalf the writ petitioners is taken on record.
2. On perusal of the entire materials as placed before this Court, it reveals that the writ petitioners are aggrieved on account of the inaction on the part of the jurisdictional DL&LRO i.e. the respondent no.3 herein for non-consideration of his representation dated 8th December, 2021 whereby and whereunder the writ petitioners requested for correction of the LR Mouza Map in respect of the LR plots of land, as have been mentioned in the said representation.
3. In view of such, this Court while disposing the instant writ petition directs the respondent no.3/authority to consider the representation dated 08.12.2021, in accordance with law, and after giving due opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioners as well as to the private respondents
and/or their authorized representatives shall pass a reasoned order on the representation dated 08.12.2021 and shall forthwith communicate the same both the writ petitioners and the private respondents preferably by mail, if the email details of the writ petitioners and the private respondents are provided to him at the time of hearing.
4. The entire exercise, as indicated in the foregoing paragraphs, is to be completed by the respondent no. 3/authority within 90 working days from the date of communication of the server copy of this order.
5. Liberty is given to the learned advocate on record for the writ petitioners to communicate the server copy of this order to the respondent no.3/authority.
6. The respondent no. 3/authority is hereby directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
7. The time limits as fixed by this Court are mandatory and peremptory.
8. With the aforementioned observations, WPA 11167 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 10.
Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
