Learned advocate appearing for the de-facto complainant submits that his client is agreeable to such proposal. In view of the aforesaid submission, we adjourn the hearing of the matter for four weeks in order to enable the parties to marry under personal law as agreed by them.
Accordingly, the accused/petitioner, namely Mintu Mondal, be released on interim bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Judge, Special Court under the POCSO Act, Berhampore, Murshidabad subject to condition that the said petitioner shall meet the Officer-in-charge, Nowda Police Station once in a week until further orders.
The interim bail shall continue for a period of six weeks or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
