A printout of an e-mail purportedly written on behalf of the alleged contemnors to their learned Advocate and to the petitioner is handed over in court and kept on record. The said e-mail indicates that the alleged contemnors are agreeable to comply with the order of this court and tender unconditional apology, citing oversight on their part for not complying with the order of this court till date.

The alleged contemnors seek three weeks' time to so comply.

Accordingly, on the prayer of the alleged contemnors, let the matter stand over till May 2,

2025, when the alleged contemnors shall file an affidavit-of-compliance to that effect.
