2. In the seventh line of second paragraph of first page of the order dated 24th April, 2024, the expression "State No. 96-SE dated 13th April, 2010" shall stand corrected to read as "No. 325-SE(B)/1M-431/2003 dated 5th September, 2005".

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 24th April, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 24th April, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
