1. In terms of the order dated 17th June, 2025 matter is taken up for consideration when Mr. Biswas, learned advocate representing West Bengal Board of Primary Education submits that there might be some discrepancies with regard to maintaining records relating to the petitioner as primary teacher since petitioner participated in selection process as TET qualified candidate along with training.

2. It is submitted by Mr. Tewari, learned advocate representing the petitioner that petitioner completed Primary Teachers Training Course of one year duration in 2005 and subsequently completed one year

Bridge Course for the session 2013-2014.

In support of such submission reliance is placed on the certificates and mark sheets which are at pages 12 and 14 of the writ petition. It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioner that application was made for participating in 2016 selection process as TET 2014 qualified candidate disclosing training qualification and petitioner was subsequently considered as trained candidate. Notwithstanding participation of the petitioner in selection process of 2016 as trained candidate list was prepared containing names of candidates where against the name of the petitioner "training score" column was kept blank which according to the petitioner goes to show that petitioner is not being treated as trained candidate.

It is indisputable as it appears from the respective submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the West Bengal Board of Primary Education that petitioner obtained requisite training qualification prior to participation in the selection process of 2016 and submitted application as trained candidate. Petitioner was sanctioned „A‟

category scale of pay in recognition of his training qualification. Therefore, concerned authority of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education as well as District Primary School Council, Birbhum are directed to treat the petitioner as trained candidate and correct the records including list of trained candidates accordingly within a period of 4 (four) weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
