Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the prayer of the petitioners for revised remuneration has not been considered by the State till date.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State submits that such consideration should be made by the Executive Director, West Bengal Health and Family Welfare Samity and State Nodal Office, Swasthya Bhavan being the respondent no.4 in the instant application. Heard Both the parties.

Let this writ petition be treated as representation made by the petitioners before the respondent no.4 and the respondent no.4 to consider this representation within a period of eight weeks from date and to pass a reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and allow them to produce necessary documents at the time of hearing. The respondent no.4 is also requested to communicate such reasoned order to the petitioners at an earliest.

Learned Advocate-on-record of the petitioner is also requested to serve a copy of this writ petition to the respondent no.4 along with the order of this Court positively within 7 days from today.

The writ petition being WPA 11004 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.

I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the writ petition, all the issues are left open to the respondent no.4 to be decided by him.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
