1. Petitioner is in custody for four years. He prays for bail on the ground of delay.

2. Learned lawyer for the State submits examination of the prosecution witness is almost complete.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Offence, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment.

Prosecution evidence is already complete. In view of the matured stage of the proceeding, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
